Return/Refund Policy
• Faulty, inaccurate, or unsatisfactory products.
• The exchange item(s) in the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
• Orders must be returned within 5 working days of receiving your package (3 working days for physical shop customers).
• Sales/Discounted item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Honey N Milk will provide credit vouchers for any returns and exchanges. A store credit is valid for 90 days. The original shipping charges are not refundable. The buyer is also responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning the item(s) to us.
• Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds; instead, customers will receive a credit voucher that customers may use to buy other products that are in stock.
• In the unlikely situation where we shipped the defective or wrong item(s), we will take responsibility for the return shipping cost and provide a full cash refund when the particular item is out of stock.
• The buyer will get the full amount of the credit voucher based on the value of the returned item; there will be no processing or administration fees charged.
• Upon receiving the exchange item(s), we will evaluate the item(s). This process generally takes 7 working days after receiving the item(s).
• Honey N Milk does not accept responsibility for repeated exchanges or returns.
• Honey N Milk reserves the right to make the final decision on the exchange and return situation if there is a dispute.
• Undergarment items are not allowed to exchange nor refund.
